"For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone." — Audrey Hepburn

in this life.
you're walking along a path that will lead you to a place you've never seen before,
what are the odds of it all?
you have faith you're in the right path,
there will be doubts,
there will be pain,
but there will be joy and laughters,
there will be expectations and disappointments,
but there will be happiness and gratitude,
there is no way of telling you what you would get from this road ahead,
but I bet there will be beauty, infinite as it is, more than you could imagine,
and at times, when you close your eyes, you could still see the light, it's the radiant sun glowing across the wondrous blue sky,
you stood on top of a hill, staring down at the view before you,
a glimpse of the sunset,
the birds chirping,
the sound of waves hitting the coast,
the strumming guitar from a musician's hand,
the children running,
the parents shouting,
the cold, fresh water in the middle of a heated summer,
the warmth of a hug in the middle of a cold winter,
and all the good and bad things,
they all become one,
sometimes they come when you least expect them,
things happen, they bring you down and lift you up,
you find dreams, and sometimes you lose them,
reality hits, and you find yourself a little lost,
you find that the world isn't such a beautiful place after all,
but that will all change,
for nothing's ever really permanent in this world,
and if you have it in your heart to appreciate the beauty and be grateful for being here,
you will find what you are looking for,
and you shall live a full life,
if you have the courage to pursue your dreams,
never give up,
believe in yourself,
do what you feel like doing,
be kind,
forgive,
have some fun,
to love, to live and to laugh,
no regrets my darling,
this is your time.
use it well.
